Chincoteague ❤🦀🐟

Chincoteague, Virginia is my happy place. It’s a lazy fishing town with miles of protected beaches. We visit as often as we can giving it’s 4 hours away. Sadly we couldn’t drive on the beach because we had an angry ocean. It flooded the OSV area. No surf casting for us but we did play in the protection of the cove which was nice.

I was celebrating three things this past weekend. 1. My dad’s birthday 2. Getting a new job 3. And this is a big one, I wrote The End on my first novel (but more on that later)

We all deserve happy places even of we can’t get to them but once or twice a year.
