I am so excited to give you a little bookcover teaser. Why am I so excited (anxious, pleased, terrified)? Because I designed it myself. This is my very first book design and I’ve worked really hard on it. For those who don’t know me, I have hard time making decisions. There must have been several concepts for this cover and in another post I will share all the concepts so you can see how all over the place I was.

So, here we have it! Keep scrolling. There’s more news to share.

How did I make the cover? Using Canva, iStock, and Creative Market for the font (which isn’t seen here), I manipulated the images to get what I was looking for. I have now created bookcovers for books one and two, with a strong concept for book three. The good news is I won’t have to spend hours on the next two books like I did on the first.

Commitment issues? Me?
