Writing about yourself is awkward, but I found a lot of online templates and articles to help me through this process. I also proofed the pages the with several readers, however, if you notice something amiss please let me know.

The most helpful article I found with templates was on Hubspot. I find a lot of their articles really helpful, straightforward, and not full of fluff. Check em out!
