I am so excited to give this series to my niece on her birthday! I loved the Immortal Instruments series and read all of the books during maternity leave (over three years ago). And while I did find Clary to be a bit annoying, the supporting characters completely enchanted me. This YA fantasy is full of angles, demons, vampires, werewolves, and secret worlds. A fast pace storyline kept me pushing through all 6 books. It might be the longest series I’ve ever read πŸ€”.

What’s the longest series you’ve read? Harry Potter? I’ve never picked it up myself.

There’s something very special about being able to read someone and than find them the perfect book.

Probably Harry Potter (I grew up with it!) or the Throne of Glass series. Have you read Cassandra clare’s other series? I finally read the infernal devices because I got tired of everyone talking about them 🀣 they were also very good and I plan on slowly working my way through the rest of her books!

I haven’t in fear of getting sucked into another long series πŸ˜† But I’m curious. I have The Bane Chronicles sitting in my shelf waiting for me. He was one of my favorites
