I don’t want to write about it being dim, but dim is the day. The sky has been so gray, the grass is an ugly beige, and the trees are dark silhouettes lacking life. February is the longest month of the year it seems. Every year February rolls around and with it brings snow, slush, rain; teasing us with a few mild days that give us hope of Spring.
Caged inside like trolls in a hole, my kids and I look out at the canvas of winter. Cabin fever settles in; our body becomes depleted of vitamin D. Or maybe I should say vitamin dim?
Happy to swap it’s blazing sun, 90% humidity and 37 degrees….
Craving a dim overcast day.
